Maintenance Technician (m/f/d) Focus on Sanitary and Heating Technology

We are looking for a Maintenance Technician specialising in Sanitary and Heating Technology in the Building Technology department. The position is permanent, full-time with 39 hours per week.

• Conduct inspections and maintenance work

• Undertake minor installation tasks

• Resolve issues in sanitary and heating systems

• Completed training as a gas-water installer, maintenance technician, heating engineer or similar

• Open to both newcomers and those with extensive experience

• Experience with pipe installation in new constructions, renovation of old buildings, or construction in existing structures is beneficial

• Knowledge of welding pipelines is an advantage

• Familiarity with the maintenance of lifting systems and pumps is advantageous

• Flexibility, reliability and ability to work independently

• Team spirit and excellent communication skills

• Willingness to take on on-call duties (after thorough training)
