In this position, you will work as a construction technician specialising in building construction. You will manage buildings, plan maintenance, and assist with technical queries.

Assessment, calculation, and execution of maintenance measures
Supervision and execution of final inspections
Management of own buildings and technical documentation
Calculation of maintenance costs
Advising users
Comprehensive inspection of properties in building construction

Successful completion as a state-certified construction technician specialising in building construction
Experience in coordinating various trades on a construction site
Or experience as a site manager in facility management
Knowledge of laws, regulations, and standards on construction sites
Several years of professional experience in the aforementioned tasks is desirable
Proficient in MS Office
SAP knowledge is desirable
