• Customer Service: Engage in advisory discussions and use your expertise to enhance customers' willingness to purchase.

• Orders: Always keep an eye on the service counter and have a sense for the right stock level.
  

• Quality Standards: Freshness and quality come first – you inspect every delivery and ensure our quality standards are met.
  

• Company Identification: Represent our company and actively engage in customer loyalty and acquisition.
  

• Adhering to Hygiene and Safety Standards: Ensure that all legal hygiene and safety regulations in the kitchen and throughout the entire bistro area are strictly followed to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  

• Education: Ideally, you have completed training in food retail or possess a comparable qualification.
  

• Experience and Knowledge: Experience in food retail.
  

• Career Changer: Career changers such as chefs or service staff from the hospitality industry are welcome and gladly trained by us.
