Administrative Clerk for Long-Term Care Insurance (m/w/d)

• You will independently process applications for long-term care insurance benefits, such as care allowance or short-term care, considering economic criteria.
  

• Utilise an SAP-based IT platform to evaluate and document claims.
  

• Provide solution-oriented and expert advice over the phone to individuals in need of care, their relatives, and caregivers.
  

• Coordinate communication with all parties involved in long-term care insurance to ensure seamless service provision.
  

• Ensure customer satisfaction while also identifying sales potential.
  

• You are a qualified social insurance clerk or have completed training in healthcare management with two years of professional experience.
  

• Alternatively, you have a comparable qualification with several years of experience.
  

• Ideally, you have previous experience in processing long-term care insurance matters.
  

💶 Attractive remuneration: Earn between 52,700 EUR and 62,300 EUR, with holiday and Christmas bonuses.
