Store Manager (M/F/D)

WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Active operational involvement in the store / Leading shifts
- Team-oriented, communication-promoting leadership of a dynamic team
- Efficient distribution & organization of tasks within your team with the goal of 100% guest satisfaction and best product quality
- Conducting monthly business evaluations with your Area Manager for the continuous improvement of key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Scheduling shifts and ensuring productivity and operational readiness
- Adherence to the brand-internal operational processes & routines
- Compliance with all standards & guidelines according to legal requirements for an optimal appearance of your Dunkin' Donuts store
- Regular, constructive, motivating, and clear feedback for your employees
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- A vocational qualification in the hotel/catering industry is an advantage
- You already have (leadership) experience in the catering industry
- You are communication-strong, work independently and results-oriented, and think entrepreneurially
- You have a high standard for service and product quality
- You are flexible, empathetic, act solution-oriented, and remain calm and maintain an overview even in stressful situations
- You are proficient in using Microsoft Office applications
- You speak fluent German and have solid English skills
