Your Tasks • You support your branch manager in all matters related to professional leadership, organisation, and motivation of your branch team of 20–40 employees • You optimise the processes behind the scenes while also getting hands-on “on the floor” • You handle disposition and inventories and stand in for the branch manager during their absence • Together with your team, you ensure the implementation of our branch concepts, maintain a well-kept branch, and provide a comprehensive shopping experience for our customers

Your Profile • Professional experience in retail or a comparable industry with initial leadership experience in a similarly responsible position • Team player with a high sense of responsibility and the ability to inspire and motivate staff • Strong decision-making skills and result orientation • Willingness to work flexible shift models
