The Block Group comprises 18 companies in system gastronomy, hospitality, and food production. The best-known brands are BLOCK HOUSE as both a restaurant and food brand, the 5-star hotel Grand Elysée Hamburg, the premium burger brand Jim Block, and BLOCKBRÄU at the Hamburg Harbour. With Block Handels GmbH, we ensure that the popular BLOCK HOUSE products have a firm place in the retail market for all connoisseurs who want to enjoy BLOCK HOUSE products at home. We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager (m/w/d) in the Berlin area, starting immediately, full-time, and with a permanent contract for Block Handels GmbH.

This is what we look forward to

  • Sales and results-oriented support and advising of customers in retail and cash & carry sectors

  • Caring for regional multi-chain operators and their central offices

  • Achieving sales and distribution targets through active selling of the product portfolio, including processing of clearance certificates

  • Monitoring and documenting listings and distribution – maintaining and actively expanding distribution

  • Coordinating and implementing placement and sales promotion measures, increasing visibility

  • Independent analysis of sales potentials

  • Participation in trade shows, markets, and special sales promotions

Our ideal candidate

  • Successfully completed commercial training (or equivalent qualification) with relevant professional experience, preferably in the sales department of a branded company

  • Sales talent and negotiation skills

  • Leadership responsibility

  • Self-motivation and ability to work independently

  • Strong numerical understanding

  • You are enthusiastic, persuasive, and solution-oriented

  • Strong customer orientation, communication, and teamwork skills

  • Proficient in MS Office

  • Class B driving license
