Medidocs MVZ Marzahn – General Practitioner Care

We are expanding the Medidocs MVZ Marzahn and are seeking a specialist in general medicine who takes responsibility, works in a structured manner, and ensures a high standard of care. No defensive medicine, no laissez-faire attitude – we are looking for someone who actively strengthens an MVZ.

In the summer of 2026, we will be moving 100 metres further into new modern 400 sqm practice rooms and aim to consistently expand the team with specialists.

Your Responsibilities

• Independent general practitioner care
• Performing all general medical diagnostics and therapies
• Prevention, vaccinations, DMP, care of chronically ill patients
• Working with modern digital tools and well-defined processes
• Commitment to structured documentation and guideline-oriented medicine
• Close collaboration with MFA team and management
• Optional: Involvement in process optimisation, quality management, and expanding the service portfolio

Your Profile

• Specialist in general medicine or internist with general practitioner duties
• Precise, responsible working style
• High standards of quality, safety, and efficiency
• Team-oriented, clear communication
• Resilient in a dynamic, busy MVZ environment
• Willingness to work afternoon hours (high priority)
