Description

What You'll Achieve With Us

  • Lead the expertise units for success planning and investment controlling, asset management, and digital transformation, directly reporting to the head of the organisational unit.

  • Collect, present, and analyse all necessary commercial metrics for water supply as a basis for operational and strategic decisions.

  • Initiate, coordinate, and support digital transformation projects.

  • Develop control and management tools across the entire life cycle and assets of Berlin's water supply to ensure the functionality and value preservation of technical systems.

  • Develop standards in national and international professional committees.

Requirements

Your Profile

  • Master's degree in Economics, Industrial Engineering, or Engineering with relevant practical experience.

  • Alternatively, a Bachelor's degree in the above fields with several years of relevant professional and leadership experience.

  • Solid knowledge in controlling (financial analysis and reporting as well as various controlling tools).

  • Familiarity with processes and technical equipment in water supply.

  • Several years of practical experience in asset management.

  • Knowledge of association work.

  • Ability and competence to lead interdisciplinary teams.

  • Proficient in using IT solutions.

  • Strong negotiation skills, precise and reliable communication abilities, and hierarchical solution-oriented thinking.

Compensation

We offer remuneration according to pay group 14 under the Collective Agreement for Public Service Providers (TV-V). Depending on personal qualifications, placement in a lower pay group is possible.
