Become part of Borussia Dortmund! Work in a unique stadium at SIGNAL IDUNA PARK. BVB Event & Catering GmbH is immediately seeking support in the banquet area, full-time (40 hours per week).
Description
Your Responsibilities
Assisting at events, e.g., setting up buffets, serving food, replenishing, and labelling the buffet
Regularly cleaning the buffet
Supervising external staff and equipment
Acting as a liaison between the kitchen and dishwashing staff during the event
Adhering to hygiene standards according to HACCP
Requirements
Your Profile
Training in gastronomy (e.g., as an assistant chef or in home economics) is beneficial but not required
Initial experience with food, having worked at a buffet is advantageous
Flexible, motivated, and enjoy working in a team
Work neatly, independently, and reliably
Able to work on weekends or evenings
