Team Leader / Deputy Location Manager (f/m/d)

Europcar Mobility Group is a leading car rental provider offering attractive alternatives to owning a vehicle. We are looking for you as a Team Leader or Deputy Location Manager for our branch in Hamburg Wandsbek, full-time (permanent).

• Support branch management in daily operations and take over station management in their absence

• Lead the service team, train in customer service and sales, and develop team members further

• Responsible for shift planning of the branch team

• Monitor the vehicle fleet in terms of utilisation, availability, and damage management

• Advise customers at the counter, rent out vehicles, and actively sell additional services such as upgrades and insurance

• Passion for cars and a valid driver's licence

• Professional experience in service or sales, e.g., car rental, retail, hotel industry, or gastronomy

• Initial leadership experience (e.g., as a shift leader or team lead) is an advantage

• Strong customer orientation and a passion for service

• Fluent German and good English skills (or willingness to improve them)
