From collaboration to owning your own hotel

Do you want more than just a job – to take on responsibility and eventually run your own hotel business?

For an owner-managed, established country hotel near Offenburg/Strasbourg, we are seeking a committed individual who will gradually learn all areas of the business over approximately two years and then take on operational management, ultimately assuming full responsibility for the enterprise.

This is explicitly not a traditional employment position but a long-term development towards an entrepreneurial role.

The Hotel

The family-run country hotel has around 30 rooms and has enjoyed an excellent reputation for many years.

Among the guests are:

* Business travellers and fitters

* Cyclists and motorcyclists

* Holidaymakers from Germany and France

* Visitors to the Baden-Baden, Strasbourg, and Black Forest regions

The business is economically established and offers an excellent foundation for a long-term future.

Your Development

In the first few months, you will work closely with the owner to familiarise yourself with all areas of the hotel:

* Guest services and reception

* Reservation management

* Housekeeping and quality management

* Breakfast and service organisation

* Purchasing and supplier management

* Personnel planning

* Booking portals and pricing management

* Marketing and sales

* Commercial control of the business

As you gain experience, you will take on increasing responsibilities.

The goal is clear:

You will initially manage the business together with the owner, then largely independently, and ultimately assume overall responsibility.
