Do you enjoy working with people and have an interest in cars and mobility? At Europcar, you will assist customers with their vehicle rentals and ensure a friendly and professional service.
Description
You will receive comprehensive training and learn everything you need to get started. There is nothing to stop you from beginning a new career in car rental!
Renting out the vehicle fleet to customers
Consulting and selling additional services
Supporting administrative tasks, such as vehicle disposition and cash management
Collaborating with the team in daily operations
Working in shifts, including weekends and public holidays
Providing friendly customer service on-site
Requirements
Enjoy interacting with customers and have a friendly demeanour
Ideally, some experience in sales, hospitality, catering, retail, or a similar field
Fluent German skills
Basic knowledge of English or willingness to learn
Team spirit and good communication skills
Willingness to work weekends and public holidays
Interest in cars and mobility
Required driving license
