Intro
In this role, you will work as a surveying technician or geomatics specialist in urban surveying. You will create site plans and support important surveys for the city administration.
Description
Independent preparation and creation of official site plans
Independent preparation and analysis of building surveys
Participation in the preparation and analysis of complex property surveys
Involvement in boundary determinations, subdivisions, and demarcations
Assisting in the preparation and evaluation of complex engineering surveys
Independent handling of simple engineering surveys in the office
Processing of 2D and 3D inventory plans, profiles, digital terrain models, volume calculations, and staking
Requirements
Completed training as a surveying technician or geomatics specialist
Applications from entry-level candidates are explicitly welcome
Initial experience in technical surveying office work
Experience with property and engineering surveys
Proficient in common office programs
Initial experience with GEOgraf, GEObรผro and gl-survey
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
