Your Responsibilities:
As a passionate host and motivating leader, you transform "your" restaurant daily into the social hub of your area.
You are jointly responsible for all operational processes, ensuring high-quality standards, efficient and sustainable resource utilisation, and implementing our service philosophy.What We Expect from You:
Warmth, friendliness, and openness to give our guests the BLOCK HOUSE EXPERIENCE.
Successfully completed training as a specialist in system catering, a restaurant specialist, or a hotel specialist.
At least 3 years of professional experience in a gastronomic environment and initial leadership experience are essential.
A friendly, personable character with a strong service orientation.
Willingness to learn, resilience, flexibility, and high commitment.
