Description
You will manage the structured processing of supply cases, ensuring that all crucial information is completely recorded.
You will meticulously document each case, thus contributing to transparency and quality in every supply situation.
You will provide simple information about current or new supply inquiries over the phone and answer general questions.
Requirements
You have completed a vocational training or are currently studying Business Administration, Economics, Health Sciences or a comparable subject.
You possess good IT user skills in MS-Office, ideally also in SAP / oscare®.
You are flexible with your time and enjoy working in a team.
