To ensure everything runs smoothly here, we need IT that is stable, modern, and future-proof, and that’s where you come in. Your role with us You ensure that our IT not only runs but continues to improve, making a difference for the entire team. You will ensure our systems operate reliably, assist colleagues in their daily work, and contribute your ideas on how we can further develop our IT. You'll be doing this with us:

• You manage our Windows infrastructure with around 200 clients and 40 servers.
• You administer Windows Server, VMware, and Veeam.
• You work with MSSQL databases as well as SharePoint and Exchange systems.
• You support our employees in the Microsoft 365 environment.
• You identify optimisation potentials and actively shape topics such as automation, cloud, or IT security.

You bring:

• An IT qualification, a degree, or comparable practical experience
• Eagerness to learn new things and develop your skills further
• A structured, solution-oriented way of working
• Enjoyment in working in a team and supporting others Plus points, but not a must:
• Knowledge in SharePoint on-premise
• Experience with Sage 100, Sage HR Suite, Sage CRM, and Sage DMS
