We are looking for you for our open position as Office Administrator / Service Employee with Automotive Knowledge (d/m/w)! 

Join the Branch Network Team where you will be responsible for car purchases, vehicle evaluations, and branch operations of our WKDA Purchasing Departments. In this department, you contribute to an outstanding sales experience in our branches.

As WKDA, with over 700 branches across Europe, we are part of the AUTO1 Group, Europe's leading digital automotive platform. Our free online evaluation and extensive branch network offer private vehicle owners unique services for the smooth sale of their used cars.

• You ensure a smooth service process and advise our customers on all contract details

• You take on administrative tasks and also work directly on the vehicle

• You conduct visual assessments and handle vehicle deregistrations

• You check the vehicle condition and create an electronic report using our app

• Career changers with commercial experience are welcome

• You have a strong service orientation and create a positive buying experience

• Knowledge of vehicles is an advantage, e.g., as an automotive mechatronics technician, automotive painter, or automotive sales consultant

• You are flexible, communicative, and open-minded

• You have a "Can-Do" attitude and an interest in an automotive environment
