The most well-known brands are BLOCK HOUSE as a restaurant and food brand, the 5-star hotel Grand Elysée Hamburg, the premium burger brand Jim Block, and BLOCKBRÄU at Hamburg Harbour. With Block Handels GmbH, we ensure that the popular BLOCK HOUSE products have a permanent place in retail stores for all gourmets who don't want to miss out on the delicious BLOCK HOUSE products at home. For Block Handels GmbH, we are looking for a Regional Sales Manager (m/f/d) in the Bremen and Oldenburg & Berlin area to start immediately, with a permanent contract and full-time employment.
What We Look Forward To
Sales and results-oriented support and advice for customers in the retail and cash & carry sectors.
Support for regional multi-business operators and their headquarters.
Achievement of sales and distribution targets through active selling of the product portfolio including processing of transit slips.
Control and documentation of listings and distribution - maintaining and actively expanding distribution.
Coordination and implementation of placement and sales promotion measures, increasing visibility.
Independent analysis of sales potentials.
Participation in trade fairs, commercial exchanges, and special sales promotions.
What We Desire
Successfully completed commercial training (or a comparable qualification) with relevant professional experience, preferably in the sales department of a branded goods company.
Sales talent and negotiation skills.
Leadership responsibility.
Self-motivation and ability to work independently.
Good numerical understanding.
You are enthusiastic, persuasive, and solution-oriented.
Strong customer orientation, communication, and teamwork skills.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Driver's license class B.
