• You assist residents with daily tasks such as personal hygiene, dressing, and eating

• You engage in conversations, listen, and accompany residents on walks

• You participate in events and activities within the facility

• You also help with household tasks

• You record important information

• You work closely with caregivers, doctors, and therapists as part of a team

• You have completed a secondary school certificate or a similar qualification

• You speak German at least at level B2

• You enjoy working with people

• You have a keen interest in care and health

• You are known for your reliability

• You enjoy teamwork and are enthusiastic about learning new things

• You are proficient with computers
