Your Tasks • Together with your teammates, you ensure a well-maintained store and a thoroughly enjoyable shopping experience for our customers • Whether stocking shelves and presenting goods attractively, baking, or cashiering with our modern checkout systems: you roll up your sleeves and are fully committed • In the Scan&Go zone, you ensure functionality, excite customers for the system, and offer assistance to enable a positive shopping experience • You support the store manager with their tasks by managing shifts, coordinating task distribution, and overseeing the implementation of our store concepts • Additionally, you take on warehousing, cleaning, and inventory tasks

Your Profile • Work experience in retail or a comparable sector, ideally with initial leadership experience, such as shift management • Team player with high responsibility and joy in inspiring and motivating others • Quick and efficient working style and adaptability to changing tasks • Reliability and willingness to work in flexible shifts in consultation with management
