The programme starts on 01.08.2027, lasts 3.5 years, and is conducted in partnership with the Weihenstephan-Triesdorf University in Freising.

Familiarise yourself with various technical and quality departments according to a structured training plan
Gain insights into the operations of an international life sciences company
Support the qualification (testing and approval) of systems, devices, and production systems
Assist in ensuring that all systems meet legal requirements
Participate in projects related to technology, optimisation, and investments
Create and review technical documents, qualification documents, and test plans
Attend workshops, internal training sessions, and structured exam preparation

High school diploma with excellent grades in natural sciences, mathematics, German, and English
Interest in technical processes and quality standards
Enjoy working in a field with strict regulations
Strong analytical skills and a structured, meticulous work approach
Commitment, initiative, and a willingness to take responsibility
Good communication skills and enjoyment of working in international teams
