Confectionery Staff (m/w/d)

Welcome to Backkultur! At our three locations in Neuenburg, Mannheim, and Reutlingen, about 500 employees produce fresh baked goods daily for the market bakeries of EDEKA Südwest. This includes bread, rolls, fine pastries, and various cakes. For our production facility in Mannheim, we are looking for support in full-time or part-time roles. Here, you will assist in the creation of our baked goods and, together with the team, ensure cleanliness and quality.

• Production: Your tasks include general activities in production

• HACCP: You adhere to statutory hygiene guidelines and follow house rules

• Cleanliness: You keep your workplace tidy and clean the equipment and facilities

• Work Preparation: Your tasks include the preparation and production of bread and baked goods

• Professional Experience: Ideally, you have experience handling food

• Communication: Preferably, you have good German language skills

• Organisational Talent: You work meticulously and enjoy working in a team

• Flexibility: You are willing to work shifts

• Health Certificate: You possess a currently valid health certificate
