Salesperson / Career Changer - Bakery (m/w/d)

Arlt KG is a family-run business in the food retail industry with headquarters in Neckarsteinach. Since 1998, the company has operated several EDEKA stores in the Kraichgau and Odenwald region. Approximately 180 employees work daily with fresh produce, high quality, and personal service.

For the new store in Waldbrunn, we are seeking support in the bakery. In this role, you will sell baked goods, advise customers, and ensure customers have a pleasant experience in the bakery.

• Consultation: You prioritise customer satisfaction and enjoy selling and advising customers.

• Product Presentation: You are responsible for presenting the merchandise attractively.

• Quality Awareness: As a host, you contribute to a pleasant experience for our bakery customers.

• Preparation:You prepare our tea and coffee specialties and make sandwiches ready for consumption.

• Training: Ideally, you have training as a specialist salesperson, sales assistant, retail salesperson or similar.

• Experience: Preferably, you have some initial experience in counter service (e.g., bakery counters, canteen, snack bars).
