Description
We are urgently seeking a qualified nursing assistant (m/f/d) for our senior care home, available for part-time or full-time employment.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing professional care and support to our clients in accordance with current expert standards based on nursing science principles
- Accurate and professional documentation of the nursing process
- Supervising assigned auxiliary staff
- Opportunities for additional tasks, including funded further education (e.g., practice supervision, wound management, permanent night shifts,...)
We expect:
- Completed professional training as a nurse, geriatric nurse, or equivalent qualification
- Health certificate
- Professional experience is an advantage but not a requirement
- Empathy in dealing with elderly, ill, or disabled people
- Correct and friendly demeanour; reliability; ability to work independently; discretion; commitment and flexibility
- Ability and willingness to act independently and responsibly
