In this role, you will be responsible for automation and increasing efficiency in all areas of work.

• Developing and maintaining automated workflows using Claude Code and AI-supported development tools

• Connecting and integrating various APIs and systems

• Optimising and further developing existing processes through AI-based approaches

• Monitoring and error analysis of automated workflows

• Collaborating with departments to identify new use cases

• Documentation and knowledge transfer within the team

• Solid experience with AI-supported development (e.g., Claude Code, VibeCoding, GitHub Copilot)

• Experience in building and understanding automated workflows and system logics

• Knowledge of APIs, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and data integration

• Analytical thinking and structured working approach

• Enthusiasm for automation and AI-driven solutions

• Understanding of process optimisation and technical interfaces

• Bonus: Experience with n8n, Docker, Node.js, or cloud environments

• Very flat hierarchies and a lot of impact

• Proficiency in German or English at least B2
