: Senior Warehouse Associate (m/f/d)

Strengthen our team as a Senior Warehouse Associate and take charge of essential warehousing activities, ensuring the smooth and efficient management of goods in our Kaiserslautern office.

📦 Your Responsibilities 📦

• Ensure all warehouse transactions are in line with IOM guidelines and accurately recorded
• Coordinate the reception, storage, packing, kitting, labeling, and dispatch of goods in and out of the warehouse
• Organize and monitor safe, efficient storage of goods, adapting to available space and requirements
• Keep records of all transactions and maintain an organized filing system for stock records
• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports on warehouse activities
• Ensure stock cards/bin cards are updated immediately upon goods reception and verify that all dispatches have approved withdrawal forms and waybills
• Oversee and assist in Mid-Year and Annual Physical Stock Counts
• Perform other duties as assigned

👷‍♀️ Your Profile 👷‍♂️

• 3 years of experience in warehousing, assets, or inventory management; experience with international organizations is a plus
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
• High level of computer literacy, specifically proficient in MS Excel
• Proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships with diverse cultural backgrounds
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, Management, or similar, or high school diploma with 5 years of relevant experience
• Fluent English required; working knowledge of German, Dari, or Pashto is desirable
