• Leadership: You will manage the beverage market and know how to motivate your team.

• Service Quality: You are the knowledgeable and competent expert for our customers and employees.

• Sales Promotion: You design the department with a focus on appealing product displays and cleanliness.

• Disposition: You carry out orders according to demand and have an eye for new trends.

• Training: You have completed vocational training as a salesperson, retail merchant, or similar.

• Experience and Knowledge: You bring work experience in retail, ideally in the beverage sector.

• Leadership Experience: Ideally, you have already gained some leadership experience.

• Organisational Skills: You always keep your department in view.
