This position offers a comprehensive introduction to professional practice. You will have the opportunity to gain direct experience and acquire practical skills.

• Provide expert advice to hospitals and doctors

• Evaluate medical issues

• Engage in various areas of AOK such as prevention and care management, hospital management, and health promotion

• Attend regular training sessions at the AOK Education Centre and in your region

• Secondary school certificate or (specialised) high school diploma at the time of training start

• Strong analytical thinking in our online test

• Commitment and sense of responsibility when undertaking new tasks

• Openness to teamwork and good communication skills

🏢 After the apprenticeship, you will receive a secure career perspective through a permanent employment contract. This is provided by a major employer in the healthcare sector with around 7,400 employees.

💶 In addition to an above-average training allowance of up to €1,484.00 in the third year of training, we offer various social benefits, such as a company pension scheme as well as Christmas and holiday pay. Your starting salary after training will be approximately €47,000 per year.

🕒 We offer flexible working hours, remote working (20% of the working time), and 30 days of leave plus additional days off on Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve, to enable you to maintain a healthy work-life balance.
