Do you want to get a glimpse behind the scenes of Borussia Dortmund and actively contribute to girls' and women's football? BVB is looking for an intern to join the Girls' and Women's Football department immediately. You will support the team management in training, match days, and much more, staying close to the action.
Description
Serve as the interface between team management and the women's and girls' football department
Support the team management in preparing training sessions and provide equipment and materials
Assist in planning and conducting match days on weekends, for example in marketing activities
Maintain both internal and external communication channels
Assist in the planning of projects and events for the team
Accompany the players with organisational and administrative tasks
Requirements
Studying in the field of sports science, sports management, or a related discipline, ideally with a focus on sports or business
Initial experience in the sports field is advantageous
Good interpersonal skills and empathy when dealing with young people and adults
Interest in Borussia Dortmund and girls' and women's football
Reliable and structured working style
Flexibility, commitment, and enthusiasm for the task
Friendly demeanour and enjoyment of team work
