Your Role with Us:

As team leader in Marzahn-Hellersdorf, you will support the department management and scheduling in the North area. You will plan and coordinate the systematic onboarding of new employees and lead your team both professionally and disciplinarily. In doing so, you actively contribute to achieving our goals and the growth of the company.

Your Responsibilities:

• Timely planning, management, and control of personnel assignments as well as tour coordination • Conducting employee meetings, particularly feedback, probationary, and development meetings, as well as critique and return-to-work meetings after sick leave • Advising and participating in personnel planning, recruitment, and onboarding of new employees • Planning and holding regular team meetings • Responsibility for annual holiday planning • Planning, implementation, and control of in-house training measures

Your Skills:

• Completed vocational training and/or initial professional experience in nursing, personnel planning, or scheduling • Excellent geographical knowledge (ideally Berlin-North) • Excellent German skills (at least B2) • Proficient use of MS Office • Technical understanding or a strong willingness to learn about software & apps • Willingness for further training and education
