System Mechanic (m/w/d) Focus on Sanitary/Heating Technology

We are looking for a System Mechanic with a focus on sanitary and heating technology for the building technology department. The position is permanent, full-time with 39 hours per week.

• Perform inspections and maintenance tasks

• Take on minor installation work

• Resolve faults in sanitary and heating systems

• Completed training as a gas-water installer, system mechanic, heating engineer, or similar

• Open to career starters and individuals with extensive experience

• Experience with pipe installation in new constructions, renovation projects, or existing buildings is advantageous

• Knowledge of pipe welding is a plus

• Familiarity with the maintenance of lifting systems and pumps is beneficial

• Flexibility, reliability, and ability to work independently

• Team skills and enjoyment of communication

• Willingness to take on standby duties (after thorough training)
