Description
- Conduct and monitor quality control during the installation of Ultra High Purity (UHP) process piping systems for the semiconductor industry.
- Examine execution based on P&IDs, isometries, technical specifications, and customer requirements.
- Conduct and monitor helium leak tests, pressure tests, and other leak and functionality tests.
- Inspect orbital welds including welding documentation.
- Perform incoming material inspections and ensure material traceability.
- Conduct Mechanical Completion Inspections and prepare corresponding inspection reports.
- Create, track, and close punch lists.
- Assist with FAT, SAT, and commissioning.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, customer specifications, and relevant technical norms (e.g., ASME B31.3).
- Work closely with engineering, construction, HSE, and the customer on site.
