Arlt KG is a family-run business in the food retail sector, headquartered in Neckarsteinach. Since 1998, the company has operated several EDEKA markets in the Kraichgau and Odenwald regions. Around 180 employees work every day with fresh produce, high quality, and personal service.

The new market in Waldbrunn is seeking assistance in the bakery. In this role, you will sell baked goods, advise customers, and ensure visitors feel comfortable in the bakery.

• Advice: You take pleasure in sales and customer advice, placing it at the forefront of your work.

• Product Presentation: You are responsible for attractive product displays.

• Quality Awareness: You act as a host and contribute to customer well-being in our bakery.

• Preparation: You prepare our tea and coffee specialities and make rolls ready to eat.

• Training: Ideally, you have training as a specialist sales assistant, salesperson, retail management assistant, or similar.

• Professional Experience: Preferably, you have initial experience in the service counter sector (e.g., bakery counter, canteen, snack bar).
