Salesperson / Career Changer - Bakery (m/f/d)

Arlt KG is a family-run company in the retail food sector with its headquarters in Neckarsteinach. Since 1998, the company has operated several EDEKA markets in the Kraichgau and Odenwald region. Around 180 employees work daily with fresh food, excellent quality, and personal service.

Support is needed for the new market in Waldbrunn in the bakery section. In this role, you will sell baked goods, advise customers, and ensure that people feel comfortable in the bakery.

• Consultation: You prioritise enjoyment in sales and customer consultation

• Product Presentation: Responsible for an appealing product display

• Quality Consciousness: You welcome customers and contribute to their comfort in our bakery

• Preparation: Prepare our tea and coffee specialities and make rolls ready for consumption

• Training: Ideally, you have training as a specialist salesperson, retail salesperson, or similar

• Professional Experience: Preferably, you have initial experience in counter service (e.g., bakery counter, canteen, snack bar)
