Sales Assistant / Career Changer - Bakery (m/f/d)

Arlt KG is a family-run company in the grocery retail industry, based in Neckarsteinach. Since 1998, the company has operated several EDEKA markets in the Kraichgau and Odenwald regions. Around 180 employees work daily with fresh produce, high quality, and personal service.

We are looking for support in the bakery for the new market in Waldbrunn. In this role, you will sell baked goods, advise customers, and ensure that people feel comfortable in the bakery.

• Advisory: Enjoyment in sales and customer advice is your priority

• Product presentation: You are responsible for an appealing display of goods

• Quality awareness: You act as a host and contribute to the well-being of customers in our bakery

• Preparation: You prepare our tea and coffee specialties and make sandwiches ready to eat

• Training: Ideally, you have training as a specialist sales associate, sales assistant, retail clerk, or similar

• Work experience: Preferably, you have initial experience in a service counter (e.g., bakery counter, canteen, snack bar)
