• Provide on-site support for our customers and perform technical service operations

• Install, commission, and maintain fibre optic networks

• Blow in and install fibre optic cables

• Splice and professionally connect fibre optic cables

• Perform measurements and functionality checks on fibre optic connections

• Independently troubleshoot and resolve issues

• Document and record the work carried out

• Technically savvy and interested in working in the field – career changers are welcome

• Good German language skills for communication with customers

• Self-reliant, reliable working style

• Service-oriented attitude and enjoyment in working with people

• Willingness to learn and develop further
