(Assistant) Store Manager (m/w/d)

We are a small, experienced team passionate about museum shops and beautiful souvenirs. Family-oriented and pragmatic – without long paths or endless meetings, but with real responsibility.

We are looking for you as an (Assistant) Store Manager for one of our souvenir shops in Berlin Mitte, in full-time or part-time (30-35 hours/week), starting immediately.

• You organise and manage store operations and inventory to meet revenue and target objectives.

• You support, motivate, and develop your team to achieve optimal performance and maintain a positive working environment.

• You assist with new store openings and inventories, contributing to the company's growth.

• You serve as the communication link between the team and the back office.

• Experience in retail as an (Assistant) Store Manager, Shop Manager, or Shift Leader – even from an entry-level position.

• A career change is welcomed, e.g., from grocery retail or hospitality.

• Leadership skills and the ability to motivate your team.

• Calmness in stressful situations.

• Organisational talent, initiative, and a readiness to take on responsibility.

• Strong communication skills and teamwork spirit.
