Managing the Assessment and Advisory Service with two areas: Infection Protection and Sexual Health Advisory Centre
Leading a current team of 28 employees
Deputising the Head of the Health Department
Conducting assessments when necessary
Monitoring notifiable infectious diseases, such as tuberculosis
Implementing measures according to the Infection Protection Act
Official medical inspections and evaluations under the Infection Protection Act
Vaccination consultations
Official medical examination at cremations
Moderating working groups and networking
Participating in quality circles
Developing work concepts

Qualification as a specialist in public health or willingness to undergo further training
Experience in a leadership role
Completion of the public health officer course at AÖGW is desirable
Strong advisory and communication skills
Driver's licence class B or class 3
Willingness to use a private vehicle for official trips within Braunschweig
