Your tasks:

• Assisting with customer issues via phone, remotely, or on-site if necessary
• Supporting the team with the configuration and administration of customer systems
• Installing and managing devices as well as supporting deployed software
• Administration of VMware, Hyper-V, and storage clusters
• Setting up, installing, and administering telecommunications and network infrastructures

What you should ideally bring:

• A completed training or degree in IT
• Alternatively, several years of professional experience with a comparable qualification
• Strong expertise in virtualized solutions and Windows Server/Domain environments
• A valid driver's license
• Interest in new topics and techniques
