Intro
The German Red Cross (DRK) has been providing humanitarian aid for over 150 years. At the DRK General Secretariat in Berlin, you will be part of shaping the future of DRK e.V. We are looking for a student assistant in financial management for the International Cooperation department. This position is initially for 1 year (with the possibility of extension), 19.5 hours per week.
Description
You will support us administratively with document filing.
You will carefully record incoming documents from abroad.
You will prepare documents for archiving.
You will actively contribute to knowledge management.
You will manage project files together with us.
You will assist in preparing events and workshops.
Requirements
You are currently enrolled at a university without a first degree (e.g., Bachelor).
You are interested in project work in the humanitarian aid sector.
You identify with the goals of the Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement.
Ideally, you have some work experience or relevant internships.
You are proficient with MS Office and interested in IT topics.
You are quick to understand new topics independently.
You are characterised by teamwork, strong communication skills, and a service-oriented approach.
