At the Europcar Mobility Group, we are helping shape the future of mobility. For 75 years, we have been providing mobility solutions for both private and business clients.

This includes cars and vans for a few hours, several days, or even longer. We are looking for a full-time Customer Advisor in Hamburg Bahrenfeld. Career changers are welcome and will receive comprehensive training.

• Rental of the Europcar vehicle fleet

• Advising customers on vehicles and additional services

• Selling add-on services for an enhanced customer experience

• Planning and allocation of vehicles

• Cash management and other administrative tasks

• Close collaboration with the team

• Participation in comprehensive training

• Enjoy interacting with customers

• Friendly demeanour

• Initial experience in sales, hospitality, gastronomy, or retail is beneficial

• Fluent German skills

• Basic knowledge of English or willingness to learn

• Strong communication skills and team spirit

• Willingness to work weekends and public holidays

• Interest in cars
