Become part of our team and start at Allgeier Public immediately in full-time as a UX/UI Designer (m/f/d) in Bonn, with 40% remote work capability.

Your tasks:

• Conceptualising user-centred UX/UI solutions based on technical and functional requirements
• Planning and conducting UX research to analyse user needs and identify optimisation opportunities
• Creating user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes
• Collaborating closely with stakeholders and development teams throughout the entire development process
• Continuously optimising and ensuring the quality of the user experience based on user feedback and research findings

Your profile:

• Completed studies in UX Design, Media Informatics, or a comparable qualification
• Extensive experience in designing digital products for B2B, enterprise, or specialised applications
• Solid knowledge in user-centred design, interaction design, information architecture as well as usability and accessibility standards
• Hands-on experience in UX research, user interviews, workshops, and usability testing
• Proficiency in using Figma, design systems, and component libraries, with experience in agile projects using Jira and Confluence
• Language skills: German at C1 level, English at least B1 level
