Team Lead Supply Chain (m/f/d)

At Sartorius Xell, you will work in an international life science company that makes important contributions to new medicines with its technologies. In this role, you will be responsible for the entire supply chain and actively shape processes, systems, and collaboration.

• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team in customer service, logistics, operational purchasing, and demand planning

• Responsible for the end-to-end management of the supply chain from raw material procurement through planning and logistics to the customer

• Actively drive digitalisation and automation of processes

• Contribute to the development of the SAP ERP landscape

• Establish a KPI framework for reporting, monitoring, and forecasting

• Work closely with sales, production, distribution, and global supply chain teams

• Develop and sustainably implement process improvements along the material and information flow

• Participate in global projects and ensure compliance with legal requirements, quality, and ISO standards

• Completed degree in engineering, business administration, supply chain management, logistics, or equivalent

• Several years of professional experience in various areas of the supply chain, such as operational purchasing, demand or production planning, logistics, or warehousing

• Experience in a leadership role with a proactive, reliable, and adaptable leadership style

• Good understanding of digital and process-related development

• Knowledge of SAP is an advantage

• Solution-oriented working style and confident handling of various stakeholders

• Analytical thinking with good cost and process understanding

• Fluent in written and spoken German and English
