Hotel Clerk

Our renowned hotel and restaurant, located in the 13th-century Hohenzollern Castle Colmberg, combines a romantic and medieval atmosphere with all modern comforts. The castle offers tastefully and comfortably furnished rooms and suites, Franconian delicacies, and game specialities from our own hunt. A chapel within the castle and two large halls invite you to celebrate weddings and other events.

Starting from 01.09.2027, we are offering a training position as a hotel clerk (m/f/d).

Hotel clerks work in all departments of a hotel operation, such as sales, reception, administration, service, housekeeping, and housekeeping service. They also plan and organise the essential work processes within the hotel.

We are certified as a Top Training Company by DEHOGA!

Requirements:

• School leaving certificate (foreign school certificate also accepted)
• We prefer applicants who have reached the age of 17 due to the usual working hours in the hospitality industry
• 18-35 years old for applicants from EU countries
• Practical orientation
• Interest in the profession is expected
• A pre-internship is desired

The vocational school is located in Rothenburg o.d. Tauber.
