This position offers a comprehensive introduction to professional practice. You will have the opportunity to gain direct experience and develop practical skills.

• Provide expert advice to hospitals and doctors

• Assess medical issues

• Engage in various departments of AOK such as prevention and care management, hospital management, and health promotion

• Regular training at the AOK training centre and in your region

• Secondary school certificate or (specialist) A-levels at the start of training

• Good analytical skills in our online test

• Commitment and sense of responsibility for new tasks

• Openness to teamwork and excellent communication skills

3e2 After the training, you will receive a secure career perspective with a permanent contract. This is with a significant employer in the healthcare sector, with around 7,400 employees.

4b6 In addition to above-average training pay of up to €1,484.00 in the third year, we offer various social benefits, such as occupational pension schemes and Christmas and holiday bonuses. Your starting salary after training will be approximately €47,000 per year.

552 We offer flexible working hours, remote work (20% of working time), and 30 vacation days, as well as additional days off on Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve to allow you a healthy work-life balance.
