IT Specialist - System Integration

Your responsibilities with us:

• You will plan, develop, and implement complex infrastructure projects for our clients.
• Strategically develop our product and solution portfolio, including evaluating new market trends and technologies.
• Handle more complex customer inquiries/issues.
• Service-oriented ticket handling in compliance with defined SLAs.
• Document activities in our systems.
• Active participation in the on-call duty as part of the 24/7 support.

What you bring:

• You have completed training as an IT specialist (or comparable technical training) with several years of professional experience, ideally in a system house environment.
• You possess very good knowledge in the Microsoft environment (AD, DNS, DHCP, Exchange, MS365, Azure).
• You have good hardware and software knowledge, particularly in the area of server and storage technologies.
• You can confidently set up and administer the hypervisor solutions used by our clients (VMware, HyperV, Proxmox VE).
• Network and firewall architectures are familiar to you.
• You have experience with backup techniques (preferably via Veeam).
• You have previously worked with ticket systems.
• Initial experience with ITIL-oriented practices would be an advantage.
• You are communicative.
• Independent work and high self-management are a given for you.
• You maintain an overview even in complex scenarios.
• Teamwork, as well as customer-oriented thinking and action, complete your profile.

Salary:

• Depending on qualifications and experience, we offer you a gross annual salary between 44,000 and 58,000 Euros.
