Business IT Specialist (Technical School)/Bachelor Professional in Business

We are seeking a Junior AI Engineer (m/f/d) to join our team in Ergersheim as soon as possible.

Your Responsibilities:

• Developing the AI ecosystem, including the further development and implementation of the company-wide AI strategy and roadmap
• Independently identifying, evaluating, and prioritising AI use cases, including business case and feasibility assessment
• Technology scouting and implementation of AI initiatives from conception to launch
• Establishing and ensuring AI governance, standards, and compliance (GDPR, ethics, regulation)
• Serving as the central contact person for AI, including knowledge transfer, internal consultancy, and management of external partners

Your Profile:

• Successfully completed studies in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Informatics, or a related field
• Initial practical experience with AI, ML, or Data Science topics, for example, through work experience, projects, or practical study phases
• Solid understanding of AI technologies and their application
• Methodical and organisational skills, such as in project or stakeholder management
• High level of initiative, analytical strength, and willingness to shape, combined with communication skills and confidence in handling new, dynamic areas
