To strengthen our Sales & Marketing team, we are looking for a committed and analytically strong Sales Business Analyst – EMEA (m/f/d) as soon as possible:
Your Responsibilities
As an EMEA Sales Business Analyst (m/f/d), you are integrated into the Sales & Marketing team and report directly to the EMEA Sales & Marketing Director. In this role, you analyse sales and marketing-related business data and processes within the EMEA region and identify potential improvements.
Your main tasks include:
- Collecting, analysing, and preparing relevant data to monitor sales performance
- Developing, optimising, and implementing performance indicators, KPIs, and dashboards
- Creating and enhancing reporting tools to support sales and marketing management
- Supporting the EMEA Sales & Marketing Director and team leaders in data-driven decision-making
- Contributing to the improvement of the sales forecasting process and forecasting accuracy
- Analysing discrepancies between revenue and forecasts at the regional level
- Collaborating closely with internal departments such as Finance, Operations, ERP, and CRM
- Generating reports to early identify potential business risks and deriving action recommendations
- Optimising reports and tools in ERP and CRM systems, particularly ZOHO
- Preparing monthly executive summaries for sales and marketing
- Participating in sales meetings and presenting relevant KPIs and business developments
- Supporting the preparation of sales meetings, seminars, and monthly business reviews
- Contributing to measures for continuous customer satisfaction improvement
- Analysing key customer scorecards and deriving and tracking improvement measures
Your Profile
You have a structured, analytical, and solution-oriented working style and enjoy actively improving business processes through data analysis and meaningful reports.
You bring with you:
- A completed Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Finance, or similar
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Knowledge of Power Query and SQL is desirable
- Good skills in handling CRM and ERP systems
- Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High level of organisation, self-initiative, and results orientation
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects at once
- Teamwork skills as well as the ability to work independently and reliably
- Good prioritisation skills
- Very good English skills, at least level B2/C1
- Fluent German required
- French skills are an advantage
- Willingness to travel occasionally within the EMEA region, at least once per quarter to France
