: IT Services Management Lead (f/m/x)

Details of the role and how it fits into the team

You will be joining the TDI RTB COO team within Group COO as the 'IT Services Management Lead'. You will be working across the bank with all stakeholders including: business COOs, TDI, Procurement, and Finance to manage the full portfolio of IT Services cost with primary focus on CTB hardware budget, and impact of transformation programs on the IT Services spend.

Your key responsibilities
* Manage CTB Hardware Budget Pool, related annual process on CAM system for GTI/CIO areas
* Helps PM / CIO with hardware budgeting in Clarity, CAM, RITM; provide required guidance and support
* Collaborate with the representatives from the CIO areas, program / project managers
* Develop model, process, reporting to increase transparency in IT Services spend
* Work with the transformation team in GTI organisation to understand impact on the IT Services spend, and reflect that on the reporting
* Provide ongoing and adhoc reports on Hardware spend, IT Services cost
