Care Assistant (m/f/d) in Special Needs Educational Work Area

WfaA is a non-profit organisation with over 1,800 jobs for people with and without disabilities in Düsseldorf. We provide training and support to individuals with disabilities in carrying out orders from our production clients.

We are looking for you to join our team in the special needs educational work area as a care assistant.

• You will work as part of a team, supporting the specialist in the care, support, and development of people with severe multiple disabilities.

• You will also assist individuals with autism spectrum disorder in their daily work routine.

• You will actively incorporate your own care experience into daily work.

• You will work according to the care standards of WfaA.

• You have a completed professional qualification in care or special needs education.

• You enjoy supporting and promoting individuals, especially those with severe multiple disabilities.

• You have current knowledge of care practices.

• You bring IT user skills.

• Your actions reflect our guiding principles, embodying a clear stance: Violence has no place in our "we".

💶 Salary according to tariff (TVöD S4) plus €130 allowance
