Intro
Description
As a service technician in E-Mobility, you will be responsible for analysing and resolving faults in our charging infrastructure.
Analyse and remedy faults
Identify issues, determine causes, repair and test functionality
Maintenance and servicing of our charging infrastructure
Measurements/reviews in accordance with DGUV V3 including documentation
Conduct software updates, system checks, and functionality tests
Advise customers and explain technical solutions clearly
Complete and comprehensible documentation of all work in the system
Occasional installation and commissioning of charging stations
Requirements
Completed training in electrical, electronics, mechatronics, or similar
Career starters welcome – thorough induction provided
Experience in service/field work is advantageous
Knowledge in fault diagnosis and repair of electronic systems
Independent, structured working style and clean documentation
Willingness to travel, especially in NRW, sometimes throughout Germany, may involve overnight stays
Team spirit, hands-on mentality, and customer orientation
Required driving license
